Alliance Best Practice Ltd (ABP) has been researching business to business collaborations since 2002. In that time we have discovered a specific set of best practices which appear regularly in commercially successful alliances. Further we have discovered that the more of these best practices that are present the more commercially valuable the relationship becomes.

During this webinar Mike Nevin (Managing Director of ABP) will identify what these best practices are and explain how they can be used to increase the commercial value of a selected strategic alliance. Attendees will be introduced to the VST Alliance Optimisation System and shown how to use it to increase the commercial value of alliances.
